I like to focus on fundamentals so the players have a strong foundation to build on! Once that’s in place, I love teaching the different indicators of positions and the team game.

What do you love most about coaching volleyball?

The players! The opportunity to help players develop their love for the game, improve fundamentals and see a team succeed is amazing.
